Looked online for a good deal and drove 4 hours to pick up the car. Salesman mentioned as loading up that the airbag light was on but "we could take it to an Infiniti dealership and get it turned off"; never mind that the car had been through their service department. Closest Infiniti dealership is 2 hours away so I took it to a Nissan dealership. $418 and the light went off for one day and back to flashing. Called the salesman and he was going to see about getting me reimbursed. I take ownership in buying an as is car and fault myself for driving away but this was a KNOWN issue. After numerous calls and emails and threatening to bring the car back and involving a manager, he now says that this dealership is going to pay for the extended warranty that the previous owner had remaining. Then I can file a claim and have it fixed (pretty kind, huh?) I have been at this for a month and a half; to no avail. Be leery of purchasing a vehicle with ANY issues. I feel lied to and only want a remedy for what they knew about. Know I will not be reimbursed and seriously doubt the warranty is coming.

After purchasing my 2023 R8 and owning it for a few years, I recently tried to get in touch with the finance department regarding my contract. I called eight times, spoke with several people, and was assured multiple times that I would receive a call back. After more than two weeks, I still have not heard from anyone.
The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. At this point, I’ll be escalating the issue directly with Audi. Stay away—service and communication here are terrible.
I have been a loyal Audi Jacksonville customer, purchasing four vehicles from this dealership over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience in June, when I purchased two Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, fell far short of both my expectations and the Audi brand standards.
Prior to purchase, I noticed a small dent on one vehicle and a cracked windshield on the other. The dealership agreed to address these issues, but when I picked up the cars (after having paint protection and other upgrades installed), neither repair had actually been completed. To their credit, they agreed to correct the oversight—but only offered one loaner vehicle while both cars were in service, which was very inconvenient and hardly fair given the circumstances.
The frustration didn’t end there. Their outsourced tag processing was extremely inefficient, requiring me to obtain multiple temporary tags (2 temp tags for vehicle A and 3 temp tags for vehicle B). At one point, I couldn’t legally drive my vehicles for a few days as I waited for the new temporary tags in the mail. After all of this nonsense I was forced to pay a late fee at the tag office—something entirely outside of my control.
Additionally, I was told during the sales process that both vehicles would come with two keys, but I only discovered in the finance office (far too late to back out) that one vehicle had just a single key (keys cost $800). TA red flag I should have heeded.
What’s most disappointing is that Audi promotes its Certified Pre-Owned program as involving thorough inspections and restoration to “like-new” condition. Yet in less than three months, both vehicles have already required warranty repairs. Most recently, I noticed the leather on the dash lifting in one corner and was quoted nearly $10,000 to fix it—while being told this was not covered under warranty. For a CPO vehicle, that is unacceptable.
After years of loyalty, I expected better treatment and higher standards. Instead, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing at every step. If this is how they handle a repeat customer, I can only imagine how first-time buyers are treated.
My advice: avoid Audi Jacksonville. Walk away—don’t run.

Wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM AUDI. We purchased a 2024 GMC Custom Denali and were FORCED to pay a reconditioning fee. This fee was supposed to include reconditioning the vehicle for sale including rebalancing tires, checking alignment, multi point inspection, etc. Over the past 3 months we have had to get our tires rebalanced elsewhere as it was disclosed upon inquiry the machine is not big enough to balance our tires but they stated this was done under THEIR reconditioning protocol. Today we had to get our front end re torqued as the bolts were coming loose. This results in a realignment. This is something that should have been avoided as they “inspected” the vehicle thoroughly during their multi point inspection. We were told today by the Sales Manager Evan and General Sales Manager that this isn’t their problem. We were told no dealership would inspect these things. They refused a resolution or accountability. I even provided documentation where their salesman Mark texted us that tire rebalancing is included in their reconditioning and states he does know if their machine was capable of doing it. But we were told at time of purchase that this was completed IN HOUSE. All the staff we have encountered are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT and their GSM stands by their SORRY WORKMANSHIP and ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I absolutely would NEVER recommend someone to purchase a vehicle here. BUYER BEWARE!!
I had a great experience with the service department. Alex is great to work with, I think he is a valuable part of the team. He came right out when I pulled up, we went over what I was coming in for and he provided some excellent insight to the issues I was coming in for. However, I currently own 2 Audi vehicles. A ‘23 Q7 and a ‘19 Q8 both of which were purchased brand new. I was browsing the car selection outside and saw a brand new Q8 that I love. I went in while waiting for my service work, hoping after 25 minutes of walking around the sales floor somebody would introduce themselves and ask if I needed any assistance. No, not one person talked to me besides a very nice gentlemen outside that directed me to the new Q8’s. What seemed to be sales people were all at a table just talking and conversation between themselves. I fully plan on purchasing a new Audi and will continue the service at this dealer for my car in Florida as the service is great. Sales needs much improvement, feels like a Toyota or Honda dealer, not Audi. There was one sales woman who seemed excellent who in my 2hrs+ of waiting for service, was working with a few people and was very professional. She should keep up the good work, but the rest of the salespeople seem lazy and not wanting to make a sale. I will happily drive to Audi South Orlando and purchase a new Audi.
