I came in with pretty bad TMJ, and left without any of the jaw popping I had been suffering from. It took time, day and night orthotics, braces, and self discipline, but in the end it was life changing. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Dr. Aubin and staff.

Went to Dr. Aubin for braces as an adult. The whole team was so kind during my whole time there, and my teeth look so much better now. The whole process was quicker than I thought it would be too! Him and his team are all tremendous. The office was always a huge help and super flexible with my work and life schedule scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and they were able to quickly fit me in to fix any problems I ever had. He has a kind and knowledgeable team. Would highly recommend!

not happy.....May 2024-Jan 2025....will try to keep this short. i have had TMJ for over 20 years, but started to noticed my bite was off. was referred to Dr Aubin who said I had a locked jaw, and recommended either 2 mouth guards or braces, but he said going with the 2 mouth guards would be his first choice. After signing a contract that said, after wearing these 2 mouth guards (one during the day and one at night for 6-9 months),if my issue was not resolved, i could then option to go forward with braces, or to continue with the mouth guards. I was told there is no guarantee. I sign the contract and was charged 4200.00 for his services. A week later I received the mouth guards....the day guard was so large and bulky I could barely talk with it, and eating was even more difficult. I also made appointments to come 3 times a week for "Light Therapy" which was highly recommended to help with jaw pain, of which I never experienced, so after the 2nd Light Therapy treatment I was told I really did not need it anymore, if I was not having jaw pain. After 3 months of wearing both guards, I was not seeing any difference in my bite, and Dr Aubin did not see any change either. After 6 months, again no change. . So basically for $4200.00 I had 2 mouth guards made, 2 sets of x-rays, 2 Light Therapy's, and about 6 visits to the office. I never made the last appointment in December, and never heard from any office staff for any follow up, after that, even though I was still making monthly payments. Follow up April 2025 - my dentist was shocked about wearing this mouth guard while trying to eat, he could not see how anyone could wear this while eating.. He recommended Invisalign...after 1 month with my Invisalign liners, my bite is now starting to realign, I am now at 3 months, and it is even better.

I went Aubin Orthodontics for a dental device for sleep apnea that I got around 2007. My original device I had dropped on the ground and broken I believe in 2023. It was still usable, but was slowly falling apart as the plastics had dried out. This was a shame for me as I had one minor adjustment when I got, and no problems since. Well it was time to get a replacement, so the search was on. At the time my insurance did not cover a replacement, so I had to do it out of pocket. A friend referred me to Aubin Orthodontics. I showed the dentist my device, and told him my history with it. He said his device is "head and tails better than yourpresent device" (I think that is what he said), he definitely referred to his being a better model. Well I was sold, the total cost for me was like 4,000. This was the typical prices I had been quoted, and my original one was pretty much almost done. I signed on the bottom line. When the device came in I was excited as I was getting a brand new and better device. Not the case at all. At the time I had a frequent urination problem which had me dehydrated at times. The new device's design keeps the mouth open, so I woke up and hour into sleeping with dry mouth. This was never a problem with my old device. After a number of visits trying to adjust the device he told me to use tape to keep my mouth shut while I am sleeping. This did work as he probably knew it would. What I did not realize was he duped me, if I tape my mouth shut I did not need a device. A business should not make a promise they can not keep, and if they did not deliver a working product then they should make it right. I am a self employed electrician and could not walk away from a house without deliver a quality product. This is certainly not self promotion as I have plenty of loyal customers that know what they will get when they call.
