Their equipment is crap. The customer service is crap. There are rude, unprofessional, and scammers. They are the only company I’ve dealt with in the past 10 years that do not have a willing to provide part numbers for their parts that is a big red flag, that means either they get their parts from a different supplier and then they resell it to usor they don’t want you to know the apartment number so you cannot get it anywhere else which is a huge problem don’t buy from them, don’t talk to them. Don’t use their equipment just don’t.

Very rude, whenever I call customer service on any questions. The guy (owner) hangs up while I am talking.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Elite Equipment sold me a new mixer from this company and it does not operate! Both Elite and Attias WILL NOT answer my phone calls to return the garbage they sold me. IF YOU BUY YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! This is a follow up to this initial review a year ago. The machine has completely stopped working! The repairmen cannot repair due to the knock-off pieced together components in the machine and the difficulty to obtain parts from Attias. I called the company and they tell me to just call Hobart?? So I called Hobart and they informed me that this was the worst knock off they have ever seen! So now I am stuck with a $13,000 tray holder in the middle of my shop...I purchased this machine new in 2017!! I am going to spend the money as I should have initially and buy a Hobart 80qt. I am sure I will not be telling the same story this time next year on Hobart's website. Both Elite Equipment and Attias should be ashamed to associate this equipment with "Made in America" quality!!
