  Mac got me scheduled in right away and had my problem resolved quickly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what he did and proactively took down part and serial numbers in the event I have to call them again in the future. Mac, Chastin and team at Atlas are highly recommended!

  Extremely disappointing experience with Atlas HC Heating and Cooling. The technician left our home without completing the tankless water heater installation, leaving us without hot water, heat, or AC. He also left a mess, including a leaking pipe and dismantled furnace, without notification or consideration for our family's needs, especially our 8-month-old baby. Despite his apology and return to fix issues, a subsequent inspection revealed additional errors, including incorrect venting, damaged gas lines, and improper programming. This egregious lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Atlas HC Heating and Cooling.
