We bought a home with a nonfunctioning elevator and the seller used them to fix the elevator. We had a problem with the safety mechanism locking us out of the elevator so we called them and they sent someone the next day and resolved the problem promptly.

I call & got someone who was going go find a answer to my question & call me back, yet never got back to me. I called 4 more times & emailed twice. I am convinced they are out of business or going out of business.
