  I had my first stay at the Atlantis and LOVED it! The shuttle drivers were great and from the moment I walked in everything went smoothly. The receptions was welcoming, quick, and competent. I stayed in the concierge tower and was so impressed with the room and the view. I loved the pillow menu, and having the concierge lounge was such a treat. Service was fantastic especially Logan and Merwyn at the Sports Bar. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We had excellent meals at the Steakhouse, Sushi, and Bistro Napa with fantastic service. The location could be considered a plus or a minus. It is about 5 minutes to get to the airport, which is convenient, but if you are looking to get out and explore DT Reno (which I recommend), you would need to drive. Overall, we really loved our experience and I look forward to going back!

  Well, we did not stay at the Atlantis. We chose to stay at the circus circus. Biggest mistake of my life will never stay there again. Even though I used to love to go there in the 80s and 90s, so we got out of there after a real bad night's sleep went to the Atlantis. And fell in love, great food. Great service. I can only imagine. Their hotel rooms are much better and found out. They were $10 cheaper than circus circus.

  Overall this is my favorite location for gambling. You can play while you eat at the sushi bar or toucan Charlie's. They have draft beer at most of the bars-although you can't order draft from the waitresses going to the slots. The only reason I didnt give 4 stars was an issue with my players card. I had forgotten it last time I visited so I got a new one yesterday. I didnt realize until about 45 mins into playing that I wasn't getting players points because my card said abandoned. It took me talking to 2 different staff and getting 2 new cards for the issue to be fixed. Because my card wasn't working for half the day I didnt get enough points for the free gift so I was super bummed

  Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. We were accommodated in the newly renovated rooms, which were impressively spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully modernized. The refreshed design gave the rooms a sleek, contemporary feel that made our stay especially comfortable. The ground floor was lively and full of energy, featuring numerous tables and slot machines that contributed to the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere. Dining options were excellent — the sushi bar and the all‑you‑can‑eat buffet were particularly popular, often drawing lines out the door, which spoke to their quality. We also spent some time at one of the hotel’s lounges, where the drinks were both well crafted and satisfyingly strong. The hotel itself is a striking landmark, easily visible from miles away. Our only complaint was that the casino floor allows smoking, and unfortunately, the lingering cigarette smell clung to our clothes by the end of the evening. Overall, it was a clean, modern, and entertaining place to stay — a solid choice for those looking for both comfort and excitement in one destination.

  This is not a story of your average casino! I've been coming here for about 5 years and for that entire 5 years I've never used the players card never asked for anything free 3 months ago I go to play and I have 60,000 on me to play with I rent a jacuzzi room as I always do I hit a couple jackpots like I always do because I bet $100 per pull. Long story short I left that weekend spending $190,000 in their machines I left with $10,000 a casino host I guess noticed me and started chatting me up 5 days later she emails me giving me three nights free stay per week $1,000 per week in free play and $200 per week comp dollars with no contingencies per the email so I say wow okay that's kind of cool so I will spend a little more money in their place over the course of the next couple months so I made two other visits one in which I spent about $10,000 the next visit I spent $15,000 just to find out as I'm going to use the free play that it was taken away no longer can I have a free play not half of it not a quarter of it all of it Comp dollars as well Free rooms as well I'm not quite sure what I did wrong for them to renege on their own promotion that they sent me I never asked for it so I'm aggravated at this point after spending all that money and stepping up my visits just because they sent a promotion thus spending more money in their casino. Now they say it's because I didn't use a player's card but there was never anything in any email making it contingent on using a players card I play in the high roller room high limit The people in there know me to spend a ton of money in the machines but they need this card to tell them what I'm spending or they'll take everything away and punish me like I'm a child I will never come back to this place again I also turned them into the commission because playing like this tells me there's other bugs in the sheets The integrity of this place is a zero they have none.
