  Sadly our boots took over 3 months to be completed when we were initially told it would take 3 weeks. The owners kept pushing back our date every time we called. When they finally were ready to be picked up, the day that I arrived they closed three hours early without any notice and I once again had to come back for our boots.

  I have been coming to Atlantic Leather for over 15+ years. super customer oriented, great nice people. They have done a a lot of alterations fixed leather jackets perfect etc for me. Just drop it off never worry about the quality of the work..........Go to them for all your needs...awesome people........Love the owners.......you will not be disanointed...

  Me: Hi, this zipper keeps coming apart and it's cheap too, I don't like it, I'd like it replaced. Them: There's nothing wrong with this zipper. You just don't know how to zip it correctly. Thank you. Goodbye. Me: Um ... so you won't replace the zipper for me? Them: Thank you. Goodbye. Me: [to all of you] Don't waste your time with Atlantic Leather, they apparently don't like business. Or me, I guess. Or maybe it's just people who look like me they don't like. Hard to tell. At any rate, I'll never go back to them for anything. Ever.

  Terrible, terrible experience. First, we agreed on a Wednesday that it would take a week to do this engraving on a suitcase. On the following Wednesday the older man says "sorry, I forgot to write it down, it will be done Friday". Secondly, when I get there, the suitcase looks terrible. There is paint splatter, the letters aren't filled in, and there are gold lines everywhere. They tried to tell me "it's supposed to look like this". I can't really understand the first excuse of "I forgot" but I could potentially forgive it. However they did a horrible job, and refused any sort of refund so I did a charge back with my bank. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE.

  This place is great!! It's hard to find a leather repair shop, let alone a good one. This husband and wife team do quality work at a reasonable price. It might take them awhile, but they it the right way. Thumbs up !
