  Ron, Wilfredo and Edgar were great. They obviously pride themselves in high quality work. They took a ton of pictures, and explained in detail before starting what they would do, and after completing what they had done. They took care to keep the house clean during the process. Highly recommend.

  Edit: as can see by owners rude response, should avoid this company at all cost!! I can only assume some of these other reviews are fake. Not sure how this company is rated so high based on interaction I had with them today. Two very rude employees showed up to clean my vents and they informed me at that point they needed to park (DIRECTLY) in front of house. First time I was informed of this. Multiple emails about other aspects of their service were sent but never once was this mentioned. Two very disgruntled, rude employees were acting like it was my job to magically move cars that weren’t mine. We spent the entire morning moving stuff around our house and prepping for them just to drive off and say they needed to reschedule. What a joke!!

  A first-rate experience from beginning to end! Thank you to Antonio, Carlos, Edgar, and Elson! We needed both duct and vent cleaning, and I could tell I'd made the right decision hiring Atlantic Duct as soon as Antonio arrived for the initial assessment. Before even entering our house, he put on shoe coverings, so as not to track dirt into the house and smiling, explained they always seek to leave a house cleaner when they leave. I can't tell you how many firms I've hired over the years whose workers tromp through our house with dirty boots. The team that arrived to perform the duct and vent cleaning were amazing. What a pleasure. Carlos, Edgar, and Elson were friendly, professional, prompt, and very proficient at the work. Carlos showed me before and after pictures. We went from extremely dirty ducts and clogged vents to ones that were spotless and gleaming. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

  I hired Atlantic Duct Cleaning because there were mouse droppings in the return vent of my HVAC. And I didn't want to disturb the droppings and aerate the dust all over my house due to health concerns. However, during th cleaning, they were dusting the vent covers and dumping the content right at my opened front door, so the contents either landed on my doormat and doorgap or got blown back into the house by the wind. After the cleaning, I found mouse droppings inside the HVAC (past the filter) and all around the vent covers after the cleaning. These were not present at the start of the cleaning. This leads me wonder why the contents of my vents are all over my floor and dumped at my front door, given how much they promoted their cleaning process during my initial scheduling. Unfortunately, I've been exposed to mouse droppings and dust, which was the only reason that I hired professional service to prevent. I attached photos taken AFTER the cleaning.

  The interaction with Atlantic was simple and straightforward from the start. They gave us the exact price it would take to clean our air ducts prior to installation of a new HVAC system as well as cleaning the dryer vent duct upfront, with no surprise fees on the day of service. Rigoberto, Jose, and Eddie were on-time, very friendly and professional, and even though they were mostly packed up right at the end, they discovered they weren’t fully satisfied that the dryer vent duct was fully clean and got back out their equipment for one last round with it, cleaning off my window screens as well. They walked me through every detail and asked me several times if I had any questions. We couldn’t be happier with this service and my dryer is running better than it has since it was installed earlier this year. Thank you to Rigoberto, Jose, and Eddie!
