Their approach was to address the cleaning from both inside and outside (where the exhaust from the dryer was venting). Upon completion, they showed me before and after pictures so I could see the difference ... and it was significant. Highly recommend.

They do a great job of cleaning and making sure that all vents are free of debris and dirt. The crew: Gerber, Jose, and Mohamed were professional and efficient. The best was when Gerber presented me with a long lost diamond and sapphire ring that was very sentimental. I am so appreciative of their work! We'll continue to refer and use ADC. Many thanks!
- DLDan LOct 13, 20252.0I hired Atlantic Duct Cleaning because there were mouse droppings in the return vent of my HVAC. And I didn't want to disturb the droppings and aerate the dust all over my house due to health concerns However, during the cleaning, they were dusting the vent covers and dumping the content right at my opened front door, so the contents either landed on my doormat and doorframe or got blown back into the house by the wind. After the cleaning, I found mouse droppings inside the HVAC (past the filter) and all around the vent covers in my kitchen and living room after the cleaning. These were not present at the start of the cleaning. Given how much they promoted their cleaning process during the initial scheduling, I'm shocked that the contents of my vents are all over my floor and kitchen and dumped at my front door. I ended up spending the weekend cleaning and sanitizing the affected area. I attached photos taken after the cleaning.
