I came home recently from a trip to find that a jug of bleach had leaked out of a cabinet and destroyed the fringe on one end of the rug. They completely rewove that end of the rug. The quality of the repair was better than I could have anticipated or expected. They were able to save this rug that I thought was ruined. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.
