Washer was leaking, The first time they came it couldn't be diagnosed because leak was not leaking. It did later so they came back and gave me a diagnosis that cost more than we wanted. They suggested replacing the washer is better.
Thank them for coming back.

Frequently Asked Questions About At Your Service Heating, Air Conditioning & Appliance Repair
Which appliances do you repair?
All major household appliances! This includes Refrigerators, Freezers, Stoves, Ovens, Dishwashers, Garbage Disposals, Washers, and Dryers.
How do I know if I need to repair or replace my appliance?
Most major household appliances should last between 10 and 20 years. On average the cost to repair an appliance is generally around 30% of the cost of purchasing a new appliance. Repairing your appliance may not only be less costly for you but it is also better for the planet. The Environmental Protection Agency reported that in 2018 5.3 million tons of waste was generated from large appliances, with 2.1 million tons ending up in landfills.
Do I have to use an authorized service center for appliance repair?
This depends on the warranty that came with the appliance or any extended warranties you may have purchased. If your appliance is still under warranty then yes you need to call the manufacturer and see what service centers they work with in your area.
However if the unit is not under warranty then no you do not have to use an authorized service center. In most cases a local repair company will be able to respond to your service needs a lot quicker.
How do you know if your refrigerator compressor is bad?
Many people jump to the conclusion that if their refrigerator is not cooling properly that the compressor must be bad. The truth is that many property owners have paid thousands of dollars for new appliances, when that was not the issue at all. A lot of the signs of a bad compressor can also be the same signs for other issues as well. Such as the unit is not cooling properly, it may be making an unusual noise, or feel like it is overheating. These issues can also be caused by an evaporator fan, defective thermostat, faulty overload relay, or many other components. It is usually more cost effective to call an expert when it comes to these problems.
Why won’t my dishwasher drain?
The drain tube on your washing machine could be clogged with food or other debris. Alternatively, the drain hose could be kinked or otherwise hindered. This can also be caused by a clogged filter or drain basket.
Why won’t my washing machine spin to get the water out of the clothes?
Some of the most common issues that can be causing this are:
Broken drive belt - The drive belt wraps around the drum and spins it with the motor's power. If the belt is loose, frayed, or broken, the washer won't spin properly or at all.
Unbalanced load - If the load is too heavy or has larger items clumped on one side, it can cause an imbalance that prevents the machine from spinning.
Mechanical faults - A burnt-out motor or worn or broken drive belt can cause issues when the washing machine tries to spin.
Why isn’t my oven heating up?
Some of the most common causes for this are:
Faulty heating element - A broken or malfunctioning bake element, the metal coil at the bottom of the oven, can prevent the oven from producing heat.
Faulty temperature sensor - A faulty temperature sensor can prevent the oven from regulating the temperature and shutting off the gas supply when it reaches the desired temperature.
Other issues - Other issues that can prevent an oven from heating up include a malfunctioning control panel, a blocked door, or a faulty thermostat.
Is my freezer worth fixing if I see frost?
Yes! The automatic defrost isn't working, which is almost always repairable for much less than the cost of a new freezer.
Why is my ice maker not working?
There are many reasons why your refrigerator's ice maker might not be working, including issues with the water supply, the ice maker assembly, or the control arm.
Why won’t my dryer fully dry my clothing?
Some of the most common causes for this are:
A faulty heating element, thermal fuse, or moisture sensor. Also it is always important to check your lint screen/trap and make sure it is clean and not reducing air flow. Overloading the unit may also prevent proper air flow.
