Avoid any location that has Astound as the only available provider. Before choosing a place to live or rent, make sure to check if there are other internet options besides Astound. I strongly recommend staying away from this company — you will have nothing but problems. If you or your child rely on the internet for work or school, you won’t be able to use it properly. The speeds are extremely low, and the customer support is absolutely awful
