They even double charged my account one month, the customer service rep would not refund it and told me to dispute it with my bank, which I did. Now they do not accept my debit card because of the dispute when they double charged me $400. I’m changing services today, astound is a horrible internet company.

I called them and asked why and they you don't get the discount anymore. $70.00 was a discount? I'll be taking my business elsewhere. That's price gouging at its finest!

How long does it take for services to be installed at my home?
You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligible for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.
