Called twice and the automated idiot was transferring me and I got hung on twice. My service is not living ups to its advertised speed and has gaps. They are the only choice or I would be gone. when it was Wave it was much better . Combining companies and growing never works.

I called customer service requesting to speak to management about updating equipment and was told I'd have to drive the 40 minutes to their office. Thank goodness Jefferson County PUD is installing Fiber in my area soon.

Satellite is about the only option I’ve been here from whatcom county for 20+ years! With all this growth?Sequim has to do better. Blaine had comcast and Verizon for crying out loud. Keep asking Verizon or comcast please come here! They won’t or can’t?? ! It’s “interesting” Supposedly increased my speed for free as I’ve been a local customer. it still sucks. No noticeable change. Prices go up,service goes down or stays the same. (Not great) we have one poor choice. Or you can buy services separately. Bought my own equipment as I was paying $250 yr for years ! my bill went up!!just biding my time until some other company “can” come in I’ve tried both satellite companies here not a fan of either so here am I still unastounded! in Sequim🤨
