    My Internet installation went as smooth as you’d hope. I switched from centurylink to Astound and ran into a couple of issues setting that up on my own. Luke came out and was very professional and knowledgeable to quickly identify the issues. Also very personable to talk to while waiting on your modem to reboot.

    Luke is the best! Luke came out to solve my internet problem, and he had the deep knowledge to solve my subtle, but blocking issue (my port on the switch got disabled, but he knew exactly how to reset it, calling Astound support for dispatch to do this). Luke went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved on the same day, despite unforeseen difficulties and a diagnosis process for a complex issue. I knew I was in good hands when he showed up in an Astound jacket with a “10 years experience” patch on the sleeve. Luke was also very friendly and personable, and while I’d hate to have more problems, I’d love to have him solve them if they ever occur in the future. Hats off to Mr. Luke!

    Shady practices. When checking around before set up I was offered a promo for certain months free if I signed up with up with a specific rep. Turns out they didn’t add this into the account even though I did everything she said to ensure promo requirements met. Spoke to customer service and they told me I’m wrong and I only have one month free. Mind you, I’m the type that screenshots and saves everything, and I have all the documentation showing the agreed upon terms that they didn’t follow. Even though I sent them the correspondence, they still refuse to honor the agreement.
