    The internet went out the night after I moved in. Taken almost a week for a technician to get out here when I'm available, but once Joshua got out here, he's able to diagnose the problem and switch the modem to a different room in about 5 minutes. He also helped me get my generator on the truck.

    I called three days into not having WiFi cause I assumed it was because of the rain, there might have been an outage.. but I had to wait three more days after astound cancelled my appointment…. Idk why. They had Timothy (thank the lord) come out here and teach the blonde how to fix this simple problem that I could have been fix over the phone… he was nice in telling me it was the internet box not the WiFi (internet was in the wall) as a non WiFi expert didn’t want to mess up!! thank you Timothy for being a great help and understanding!

    Timothy the technician was great! He knows what he’s doing and is able to explain everything. Wish I could say the same for the customer service line. I didn’t catch her name but she was so unhelpful with a poor attitude to boot.

    We lost our cable connection, called Astound, and they expedited our service call due to our medical situation. Within 2 hours, service technician Timothy Wilson arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Pretty darned amazing. Many, many thanks to him and to Astound.

    Was promised a reconnection by TWO different agents if I paid part of my bill to enter a payment arrangement. AFTER paying the past due amount, the agent AND a supervisor told me they wouldn’t be honoring their side of the deal to reconnect me. I’ve never felt this cheated by a business in probably all of my life. I was legitimately lied to for a quick buck. Besides disputing my charge for services not rendered, I’m at a genuine loss for words. Disgusting behavior from what’s supposed to be a local, helpful company.
