- CWCharles WoodOct 9, 20253.0Nice installer. When installation (almost) completed he did not have a switch that was needed to complete the installation. Therefore , not all of my network worked. After testing internet speed I found the 1 Gig speed promised was only 94Mb. Installer changed the router and repaired the main line to get close to the 1 Gig speed. Ten days later the switch still has not been installed.
- JMJay MoranSep 29, 20251.0Signed up at $70/month. Every month or two the bill went up $5-$10 with no increase in speed and no explanation. At $118 I finally decided to switch and cancelled my service as soon the new internet was hooked up in September. In October I returned the equipment. Got a call in November that said they didn't get my cancellation in September. Even though I had zero activity on the account for over a month, and had turned in my equipment. They charged me the full amount up until November 4th when I finally called to find out why I was being charged so much. Even though it was clearly their fault, I still ended up paying $250 for internet that I cancelled and didn't use. Will never use astound again.

How long does it take for services to be installed at my home?
You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligible for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.
