  Setup was smooth and internet speeds/uptime were good but customer service and online portal is atrocious. The first alarm bell was after my first billing cycle I could see another customers billing details on my account (2x bank accounts) and when I rang to inform them the response was very non-chalant. Second, the customer service says they're going to do something then when you ring again there is no evidence of what was discussed so you end up going around in circles. Go elsewhere if you can.

  Terrible customer service and expensive! They have a monopoly on apartment buildings and will raise your price! Steer clear! Starlink internet is far better!

  Forced to use this service at my apartment for $66/mo despite all their ads for $30 and $35/mo. What a scam.

  This company does not value its customers. We started our service in March when we moved, as they are the only ones that provide service in our area. I signed up under a promo and should have received a $300 gift card. The first month's bill didn't come until after it was late. I paid it right away. The second and third bills came together, so it showed a month late. I paid those right away. That was within the first 90 days. Now, it seems that made me ineligible according to their terms. I called when the bills came and showed they were late, but after sitting on the phone, on hold, for over an hour, I hung up. I called last month to address this as well and was finally able to speak to someone. I was told not to worry, that they would fix it. I was told to wait two weeks, and I would get an email. I received no email. So, I spoke with an agent in chat, who told me someone would call me within 48 hours. I received a voicemail from Megan from the escalation team, notifying me that I was ineligible because my account wasn't in good standing during the first 90 days. I tried to call back, and customer service said the escalation team had made their decision and they wouldn't take my call. I asked to speak to her boss, but I was told that person doesn't take calls from customers, and no one would be speaking to me. Coincidentally, since the 90-day window is closed, my bills come in on time. I think that this is their way of not honoring the gift cards. If you have other options, take them. When I signed up, I signed up for the basic TV package as well. It took holding on the line for an hour to cancel that. I had to take the equipment to Lewisville, or they would charge me $100 to pick it up and bring me an extra router.
