- JSJ SantanaOct 26, 20251.0Avoid This Internet Provider at All Costs! I work remotely, and this has been the worst internet service I’ve ever experienced. I live in a new area, so I don’t have many options—but I would never recommend this company to anyone. The service constantly drops, they keep “breaking” towers, and customer service is basically nonexistent. To make things worse, they overcharge and provide zero accountability. If it rains, your connection is gone. And when you call, they’ll just make up excuses with no timeline for when it’ll be fixed. I honestly hope they get bought out by a company that actually knows how to run an internet service. If you’re moving to the Lewisville area—do not get stuck with this provider or their rebranded “new name.” It’s the same unreliable, overpriced internet garbage.

And now I’m glad I did. No problem since install, and decided to add a phone. A complicated install that took three days but Kenny did the magic.
