- JNJosh Nakama3 days ago1.0These people are criminal. Firstly, the internet never worked. Not even once. Despite asking, nobody ever came to fix it. What's worse is that I had a sick infant who only calmed down to certain music but we couldn't play it because we didn't have internet and after a certain point my phone data ran out. Then to top it off, after agreeing to just cancel everything, return the equipment, and erase the charges, they sent me to collections for the 6 weeks of "service" I got. The cherry on top is they offered us a $50 Amazon card to switch (we even did their whole text thing to get it) but it never came. Never ever use this company.

I switched to another provider - this is the most expensive internet available - no reason to use it (Verizon Fios, Comcast Xfinity, Starry, T-mobile and others are all cheaper in the Boston area). They lost a class action lawsuit (easily found online) because of these deceptive practices and made no effort to change their ways - they only updated the language in their agreement to say "unknown fees may be added". Unbelievable it's legal to do business this way.

How long does it take for services to be installed at my home?
You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligible for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.
