- JSJamie Sovie2 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst cable/internet option around. I am astounded by their arrogance and awful treatment of loyal customers. Paid $70/month on autopay for years as loyal customer. Suddenly receive email bill raising price more than 250%. Customer service so rude, dismissive, and absolutely unwilling to accommodate a loyal customer. Even though I called the same day I received the ridiculous new bill, they refused to cancel service and inform me they will bill for the next month even though I don't want or need their service. Verizon is currently 1/3 price with 5 year price lock and they're sending me free Bose headphones. So I guess thanks rcn and I'm guessing your out of business soon. If I could give you zero stars, i would.

How long does it take for services to be installed at my home?
You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligible for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.
