All they’ve done to me and my low income family is lie and say we would be paying 20$ a month and after having their service for under 6 months our bill has gone all the way from 20$ to 50$ their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and they are extremely rude and don’t care about their customers. We were also suppose to get a 100$ prepaid card from them and never even received anything!

He fixed our tv which we have had so much trouble since we upgraded. He is just A+plus off the charts. He is such a credit to your organization. You can’t imagine how pleased we were with his service.

- BKBryan KellyJul 13, 20251.0Do not recommend. I reached out to set a cancellation date as I was moving, they shut my internet off 3 weeks early, despite me confirming the correct date. When they turned it back on, they recharged me for the month, so I paid twice, and got rid of my promo rate so my new rate was over double the original. When I reached out to fix they said they would look into it and reach out. They did not. When I contacted them again they said there was nothing they could do, even though my billing statements showed them charging me twice for a majority of June. Stay away.
