- RRRGtr15 days ago2.0Read the fine print! If you have internet only and you cancel your service in the middle of your billing cycle, they will not prorate it. Also, there is a good chance you may be billed in the middle of the billing cycle, so you need to check your bill for when your billing cycle is! Then start a new service to start closer to the end of your billing cycle to avoid getting cheated.

You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligible for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.
