Eugene came and helped setup our internet. He was extremely helpful, and made sure to walk me through everything he did when he was done. Most techs just plug in and leave! Well deserved 5 stars.

This company is horrible. Abysmal. They have some very nice people as employees but the company itself is pure garbage. Terrible customer service. Good luck getting a human on the phone and enjoy listening to them trying to jam text alerts and other ads for the company services down your throat every time you call (ever after you've already said "no" multiple times). Their service goes out all the time and, when their very shoddy equipment failed on me, it took them 4 days to get someone out to my house to fix their mistake. When their service goes down, it stays down - for hours and hours. Then, every time you check to see the ETA for restored service, they move it back 2 more hours. The phone system is comically bad - it does not register your voice properly 75% of the time - and you can expect to wait and wait. If you ever get to speak to a human being at all. Just trash all around and I regret ever giving them my business.

TLDR; they purposely omit equipment in their statements until they are sure you don't have it, then send you a bill for $300. They will send you equipment (EEROs) and not reference it by name in your statements (will read as an ambiguous internet service *not equipment*) which is already highly misleading. When you cancel or move services they will tell you to return everything EXCEPT the equipment they aren't referencing. When you leave the equipment they will charge you $300 + tax for the equipment they hid in their statements and directly omitted. This is all a scummy way to squeeze $300 from their customers and blame them for it. This is probably illegal since again, the statements don’t mention the equipment and you rely on whoever you spoke to last to give you a list of items to return. They won't tell you how much the equipment is if you don’t return it, but they will tell you how much it is for someone to come pick it up (around $80) as opposed to you sending it yourself ($0). After you agree to send it yourself to save money, they can tell you whatever they want to get even more out of you. Shame on this company.

Their fiber internet service is generally acceptable, but be aware that they change their prices after the first year of your contract. I recommend purchasing your own router to avoid paying double or more for it by the end of your contract. They provided me with a TiVo Android TV device, which started incurring a rental fee of $3 after the first year. After three years, they informed me that I would be charged $75 if I didn’t return it, even though the original price of the device is about $40. You would be better off using your own device or getting a Roku instead.
