    Customer service is not good. I have been trying to fix an issue with my internet 2.4Hz since July and still no one can help me with this . I am very disappointed

    Internet is fine, but customer service is terrible. Have called 10 times and no matter where I navigate in their frustrating menu I get dropped. First time after 45 minutes of waiting. Did chat support and they said I had to call, and could not schedule a call back. Astoundingly frustrating.

    I got my new TV remote control from the Arlington Astound. Finally after third trial, technician Jonathan came yesterday and was able to sync the new remote control to my TV and I do hope it works this time. Thanks to Jonathan for able to do the job to set up my new remote control.

    Update 10/9: I emailed as requested in the reply to this review but have not heard anything back. I have been a long time Astound customer but my recent experience with them has made me strongly consider other options. I was quoted a new price for my service over the phone with a customer rep before my recent move (within the same city). I have since been informed by a different rep that there is no record of this conversation that I had and that I have been quoted an incorrect price. I have requested twice to follow up with a manager for more information and have not heard anything back. Additionally, the process of transferring my service to my new address was a disaster. I had to call 6 different times due to a connectivity issue that they insisted was user error and then turned out to be an error on Astound's end. The level of disorganization and incorrect information I have been provided is outrageous.

    BEWARE: The advertised price is $30/month - my bill has been $62/month - they more than double it with hidden fees. I switched to another provider - this is the most expensive internet available - no reason to use it (Verizon Fios, Comcast Xfinity, Starry, T-mobile and others are all cheaper in the Boston area). They lost a class action lawsuit (easily found online) because of these deceptive practices and made no effort to change their ways - they only updated the language in their agreement to say "unknown fees may be added". Unbelievable it's legal to do business this way.
