  First of all, the prices are great! The intake staff that did the paperwork are very quick and professional with the office and facility being very clean - my storage unit was as stated and cool and clean. I just took my first load to store, and it was super easy my gate code worked I checked in and did what I needed to do! Great job! -I have been back four times now (updated) and each time no issues! I highly recommend for upfront pricing and long-term storage. I paid for a year and got the insurance, and I feel secure-I could not be happier. Thank you.

  They have some of the most unfriendly staff that I’ve ever met at any business. There is an African-American woman that is especially unfriendly, and I would even venture to say, unhelpful. Little to no eye contact, and just gives one the overpowering impression that she hates her job, and quite possibly, hates you too. Maybe she missed her calling in life? Who could ever know. Their prices are decent and they appear to always have units available. However, on multiple occasions, we have encountered dead, dying, or active rats. Some were even dying just right in the middle of the hallways.
