  My insurance agent was absolutely never in. I'd call morning and afternoon. Very very difficult to get in touch with him. Also, when the insurance company told me I needed to replace my roof...a roof that had never had even a hint of a leak...my insurance agent told me he'd arrange with the insurance company to allow me to put on an elastomeric coating on my roof, which had a 8 year warranty. The insurance company dropped me for not having totally replaced my roof, and my insurance agent was the one who'd told me he gotten them to agree to just make me put on the elastomeric coating. There might have been a new person at the insurance company, but they dropped me for doing what my agent told me they would allow.
