Nice place to live. Definitely gives off community vibes. Maintenance and staff are amazing and are always staying on top of issues. Property is well maintained. From the kid parks, dog park, and pool. Night and day from the last place I stayed and couldn't be more impressed. Shout out to the leasing manager and the Maintenance lead!!!!

This is probably one of the worst places to live at in Colorado Springs I've lived in Colorado springs since 1996 Trash is everywhere. I mean soda cans, food trash. I came home from work and seen my neighbors throw trash out the window. Broken glass, old liquor bottles. It's just so dirty. Nobody cleans up after their dogs. It's just poop in every grassy area. People let there dogs roam free too. Rocks are everywhere. The parking lot is a mess. The picture they show you on here are old. You have to actually drive around the complex before you rent here. Gunshots every night. You can hear everyone in the house, it doesn't matter where you live it's a connected. If you're neighbors are playing basketball in the house you can hear it. It doesn't matter if your three house down. Everything I connected so you hear EVERYTHING. The pool always has no supervision so anyone can get in. Age don't matter, I've seen 5 to 6 year old, around with no supervision. You are supposed to have a parking pass to park here but that doesn't matter. There are cars that been there for at least 2 years, and they haven't moved EVER. Anybody car park here. I've never seen a tow truck come in. I even called one time because I got a ticket for parking on the line. I called the tow company,no answer. Stolen cars around, people sleeping in cars. I openly carry my gun when I work our dogs. I'm surprised these townhomes are still liveable. Hopefully a inspection comes because no one should be living there. Renting here is probably not the best. Especially if you got children.

Rude management all the way across the board. Corporate doesn’t care and you will not get maintenance tended to in a timely manner. There are no rules to abide by and people leave dog poop everywhere, the maintenance fee you pay monthly doesn’t even help keep the grounds clean. Not worth the $2k you will pay every month. Abandoned cars on the side of the street and no one works in the office, no one returns calls and they will lie about you just to cover their butts. You don’t matter as a tenant you are just a source of income for the employees paychecks.

My name is Natasha I came in 4-25-25 to try to move in I came in automatically I was greeted with a bad attitude her personality was rude made me become defensive I said I called twice yesterday leaving message and the day before she going to ask me what time did I call I'm not a child don't need to go in detail the fact remains she lost a potential resident she is African American with red/ blk braids beyond rude before I even stepped in! Unprofessional if this started off like that I'm definitely not interested!

Website shows 8 available units. I've called twice to set up times to look at a unit. Each time I'm met with a very rude office lady. She says they are bo availability for me. What does that mean exactly?
