  I seriously can not give them enough stars. My German Shepherd has had a rough past with previous owners (abuse, neglect, abandonment) so when I rescued him he had a little bit of baggage and as he has grown older his past has started catching up with him health wise. Cue the Ashland Area Veterinary Clinic. They have been SO incredibly patient, prompt, and understanding through every single step; whether that be an emergency call, a simple email, or anything in-between. We've had some scares but their prompt and professional care has helped save Rocky's life and continue his adventures with me. Having traveled across the country several times, there's no vet I trust more than this team. They genuinely care and know their stuff. (Some people I know will mention the prices being a little higher compared to other local vets but you absolutely get what you pay for and in the case of this team, even more so.)

  Ashland Area Vet has given the best care possible for our fur babies. They are always very nice and quick to respond with any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind and compassionate care for your pets!

  We switched from another vet that was in town and boy I’m so glad I did! Walking into this vet’s office everyone is friendly and it’s so welcoming. The vet was so personable and friendly and I’m so happy we found this place! They seem like they actually care for the wellbeing of your pet and they listen to your concerns without making you feel like a crazy person or bothering them. I will recommend this vet to everyone and I’m so happy we found y’all!

  Amazing Ashland Area Vet Clinic , called Saturday after hours and answering service was Quick to answer and to have a nurse called us within minutes, and doctor called right after the nurses call. We opted to bring her in for x-rays. Very pleased with the care Sammy . received. Everything went smooth and fast and she is back home in our loving arms. Sweet❤️ thank you
