- JCJimmy CowlingMay 7, 20252.0We had a non-running machine that we purchased. They knew this and so did we. Typically most places are very good at helping get it loaded however we need to manage that, but the unwillingness to assist w/ loading a machine @ this location was unparalleled. They want to charge for disturbing the dirt on the property. I actually got charged $6 for a key because they didn’t have a spare, how is that my fault? It was your machine to begin with where the hell is the spare? If I never have to go back there again it’ll be a blessing. Oh and guess what, they ended up helping load the machine anyway! Could’ve saved a bunch of time by being willing to do so in the first place!
