  I like this ascend store in general. Everyone very helpful . Alex was kind and patient with me. I have a hearing problem and he was very sweet in helping me.

  You CANNOT purchase any product with a valid US military ID, you have to have an ohio state issued id🙄 The product is also waaaay over priced. OCC has the best prices💚

  The issues with this store are not with the associates or products. They have amazing products and the people are friendly. The issue is with their C- website, every other website or at least the ones I’ve used tell you if you’re over your days before they process the order. When someone gets a notification that their order is ready for pickup and that person is driving an hour to get there, because like I said the products are great, and then you pay and all the sudden you’re out of days? All that should be done BEFORE the order gets processed and most definitely without a doubt WAY BEFORE anyone ever swipes their card, unless this store is willing to immediately hand out the cash they just took for the product out of the bank then this needs fixed ASAP. This store has high quality products and friendly people, let’s get the website to match the rest or at the very least have your in-house system tell you before any money changes hands.

  Went to use my points to get some merchandise and the manager was very unorganized. The 2 ladies that helped me were very patient and willing to help me, but the manager said the bag was double the amount that was on the retail price and I had already bought a bag and knew the price. The retail price was 80.00 and told me it was doubled! The merchandise was on the floor but not on the website and pricing was wrong. It was just wasn’t right
