  This was my first time coming to this establishment and I’m still enjoying my purchase, I chose what I wanted and the bags were in my hand in less than two minutes, excellent product and service. I will return. Thank you, Butchy

  Would have probably rated 5 but wasn't able to have an actual conversation, another customer started having a conversation with us before I had a chance. But other then that it was a pleasant experience with my Budtender.

  terrible business read the reviews out of all 3 dispensaries this one is the worst...only reason they have business is they sell a product that sells it self. spend your money wisely @ any other dispensary. only reason i went here was due to location but there are two other great better options close by. and they do not stand by what they sell you and will gaslight you when you try to get what you payed for.

  Disappointed with my experience at Ascend. Their posted hours say they close at 9PM, but I arrived at 8:57PM with a pre-placed online order and cash ready—only to be denied service. No one was at the front desk, and by the time a staff member realized I was a medical patient, she said they weren’t taking any more orders. My order was already in the system! Instead of honoring the posted hours and letting me quickly pay and leave, more time was wasted asking a manager if they could take me—time that could’ve been used to complete the transaction. If you’re planning to go, don’t trust the 9PM closing time. Get there by 8:30PM or risk being turned away, medical or not.
