  Every time I go to Ascend I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Joscelyn each time. Joscelyn is super attentive and kind and charismatic. It’s so easy to strike up a conversation with her, she’s a great conversationist, and never fails to make me feel seen each time I’m there. Joscelyns personality is the same whether doing my curbside pick up order or picking up an order in store and that’s a plus. She’s always the same person every single time. Kindness and compassion go a long way, Joscelyn embodies those characteristics and so so many other wonderful traits and characteristics.

  Prices are very high compared to other local options. Don’t bother ordering delivery, they give a 2 hour window but do not honor the window. That’s fine if you are the cable company and there is no other choice but there are plenty of better local options. Will not order or visit again!

  I ordered for delivery and it simply never arrived. Waste of time and poor communication. Refused to answer the phone and lack of response over the email. Terrible customer service. Won’t bother with this place again. Edit: I called again the next day to see what went wrong. They reassured me that they would make it up by delivering in a time window of my choice. The manager of the Rochelle location called me and told me that the product would be delivered on time guaranteed. They then proceeded to miss the delivery again. Really unreliable from the top down. Even when they try to make it up they let you down again. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this location.

  Alexander made my first experience very special! He made me feel comfortable, he definitely went over all the different options which was great! He definitely is very knowledgeable with everything is available and he can match best options for you. I am very impressed and happy with my shopping experience and I sure be back! Five stars for customer service

  I’m fairly new been in the store 3 times each was an extreme pleasure and this time was no exception the staff at this facility are just exceptional and 10 stars to today’s staff member that assisted me tamer S . .. give him a raise I know you can afford it !!! Let’s keep the great staff treat them right and they will treat others the same thanks again for another great shopping experience!
