  Used to be my go to dispensary in the area, but in the last 3 months it has really gone downhill... Lines are super long, and the seperate line for "platinum legends" is a joke and is NEVER open because they are always "understaffed" so people who have a lot of rewards still have to wait in the long lines.... I will go to another dispensary farther away until they get it together because the changes aren't working

  Staff isn’t helpful except the gentleman at the door. My friend and I needed some assistance looking for what we wanted to purchase and no one was willing to help. I’ve been to other dispensaries and never experienced this kind of treatment.

  When I gave the man at the front my ID to enter, he asked if he could kiss me. I was completely taken off guard, immediately felt uncomfortable. Terrible and disgusting way to talk to a customer. Usually the employees are great here but I was completely disgusted by that interaction, especially from someone who is handling my identification and can see my address. I left my name and number with management, and also wrote them an email. I still haven't heard back from them and will continue to visit Rise and Breakwater, which have employees who have never asked to kiss me and are very nice (and have better sales as well).

  You will have to wait on long lines because they understaff each and everyday for corporate profit. DO NOT COME HERE. YOU WILL WAIT ONLINE AND BE GREETED BY ZOMBIES EVERY TIME YOU DO. Most folks helping you won’t even say a word to you. They tried to implement a “legends” program for those who come often but it lasted 2 weeks and now it’s all just general population again so no perks. This location consistently understaffs so they get the most profit each and everyday. The line to wait for your goodies is long no matter what time you come here. They don’t properly staff this store…. What does that say? Plenty of other great places in NJ to get your products much faster and more efficient.

  used to love this place but what’s up with this new membership. lines are so slow now… can’t believe they did this for more money but i figured after i saw the tip jars when i have to order on a kiosk and walk up to the line, they don’t come to my table and serve me. i see management replying back saying “someone will reach out” but i think if they want to rectify this they should get rid of the program as many people complained about it. two people working while 10 people on line slow as molasses
