  Joseph was a great help, I went in knowing what terpenes I wanted and he was able to find the right products. I got a cute piece of glassware from there too. Very satisfied with the service and quality of products.

  The new manager, Joe is a terrible mean little person that belittle his employees in front of customers. He literally told my grandmother that’s a medical patient too bad in a snarky manner and was absolutely awful to her. We will not be coming back. This is the fourth time we’ve been in there and he’s been nasty to customers nasty to other employees talking down to them. I can’t believe ASCEND can’t get a good manager there. This is the fifth manager and my last time coming there as a customer and my grandmother as a patient. Let me know when you get another manager because Joe is the worst one out of all five you’ve had in the past year and a half. Get a man that treats its employees like people not cogs and a wheel. Get a manager that doesn’t talk nasty to the customers with the attitude. I couldn’t Believe how he spoke to his employees with disabilities it was utterly disgusting and that’s the main reason I won’t be coming back he took The button away from disabled employees because he felt like they need to open the door for customers. It’s a security button. Why don’t you work on your attitude Joe and not belittling your employees and customers ASCEND do a better job. You hire the nastiest people in the world for management

  Always clean, good selection. Nicole was super nice and attentive to detail. Other staff members were cheerful and helpful! Ascend is well organized and has some really cool stuff. The location is convenient.

  It was my first time using my medical cannabis card, and my first time at this dispensary. The greeter/security at the door was as expected, polite and pleasant. They took my medical card and alerted me to what the remaining balance was for my prescription. Perfect. I was one of two customers in the store at the time, and the location was properly staffed for a Saturday afternoon. There was no wait to be served and nobody was waiting behind me to be served. The staff member was not welcoming at all, appeared to be frustrated (rather than helpful) that I was a first time medical patient, and overall just did not provide the experience I have become accustomed to with other dispensaries. They didn’t tell me of any specials, didn’t welcome me as a potential long term patient/client. In fact, I’m not even certain they made eye contact with me. I chose Ascend as my primary dispensary because it was conveniently located 10 minutes from my home. I hope the medical patient experience is better at Rise. It certainly has been as a recreational customer.
