This takes the full price of a 2.5g concentrate up from $90 to $110. I'm a concentrates smoker and have always purchased Ozone branded products for their affordability. Between my visit last week and now, Ozone concentrate prices have skyrocketed. A $25 price hike was added to my product (Originally $65 per 2.5g now $90). When asked why the prices increased I was told it was so that they could offer deeper discounts. So now sale prices are just what used to be regular prices.

The ambience feels dark and the aesthetic reminds me more of a teenage gamer setup than a professional dispensary. Recently, I came to pick up an order and my Global Entry card as a form identification was denied. While the security officer was kind and apologetic, the front desk staff member was surprisingly dismissive. As a Latino, I carry my Global Entry card due to ICE, because it is a federally issued ID and considered stronger than a state license. I was told they “haven’t accepted it for months,” which was inconsistent with my prior experiences at this location. I completely understand if store policy changes, but the website should reflect policies clearly. I ended up taking my business elsewhere since there are plenty of dispensaries nearby with friendlier service, a more welcoming vibe, and no issues scanning Global Entry cards. Hopefully this spot can step it up because it does have potential. Edit from 3 to 1 stars: Realized from other reviews that this location does indeed charge a $3 fee for Dutchie pay, a fee that other dispensaries do not.
