I've never seen a person so happy to help a customer with their needs! Besides the experience I will be returning just because of the overwhelming comfort the workers showed as you stepped in the doors. Again, Megan is awesome!

I'll need to speak with someone about the screenshots I've taken, THEN we can discuss my order. -Believe me. I know. -So did Meagan. She knew at the front door when I was fumbling with my earbuds/ID/sunglasses...but she let me walk in before she stepping in to walk me through the entire simple process. -She took time to review the images that I provided, then took me in another direction based on current specials and her own experience. She took time to place the order FOR me on the wall, allowing me to receive only a text on my phone and an ID verification at the counter...where another gentleman brought the sunglasses that I had left elsewhere in the store. -We briefly discussed a vacation suggestion while completing the transaction & I remember why I go to Ascend. The staff. Thanks again, gang.

I walked aimlessly around for a few minutes, and after I got passed by 2 different employees I started walking towards the front.I got clocked by Cecil, who was immediately kind and incredibly helpful. I explained my situation, and they were able to find me what would work best for my symptoms that was in my price range. I was never made to feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience, and I am so grateful for their compassion and assistance.
