I really only go there for the regular staff help I love so much (Kyle and his wife, the older gentleman that got back from leave and Jake). They’re all so lovely and welcoming. If they weren’t there neither would I to be honest. Ann Arbor has great deals all over town but staff like this? Hardly.

This is two days in a row that I have stopped by after work and I see the employees just hanging out. It’s insane. Maybe send a note to your customers that are driving to your establishment that you won’t be open for the hours that you normally are.

I choose where to shop based on customer service and quality products and this store has yet to let me down. VaDawn was very enjoyable to chat with and turned an almost not great experience into one that will keep me coming back and giving them my money 🤘 thank you very much Ascend team and VaDawn!
- NNnatOct 8, 20251.0corporate and the new store manager is running this store into the ground. other customers - DO NOT SUPPORT ASCEND UNTIL THINGS ARE FIXED. first firing one of the best managers, then creating a hostile work environment for your budtenders through corporate's subsequent mismanagement, removing the SIGNS THAT SHOW WHAT IS BEING SOLD, and now cutting hours to close at 6 pm??? do you even want to make money???? support your workers. i drive 30 mins out of my way because i love seeing them all regularly, talking, and learning about cannabis from them. im thinking its time to save some money and shop elsewhere.
