He has been an excellent communicator as well. A few years ago I had them clean the gutters and also power wash our house, and the end result looked excellent. He only charged me the amount he gave on the estimate, although it took him longer than he thought it would and he had to pay extra to rent the power washer for extra time. I recommend him to all my friends who ask. Two thumbs up!
