We did get the membership and he checked out our pipes and boiler, water heater and main leak under house. We need the Fairways to send someone to clean out main water shutoff that’s not working and then Sam will return to fix leak. He’s very knowledgeable and we will be requesting Sam from now on.

My tech, Dave, was personable, knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to happen while crawling under my house taking videos of the issues! I will definitely call them again!

I asked if we could look for other avenues to expedite getting part even if it costs more ie..other distributors, on-line OEM part to bridge repair…etc & I was told he would discuss this with owner & call me back. That was 6 days ago with no heat or hot water & no return call even though I called in to get status update. Nothing!

Today Bob was at our home for a yearly service and some suggested repairs were talked about. We found him to be experienced and knowledgeable and due to that we went with some suggested repairs which were completed in the same day. The area was cleaned up and all work completed was explained to us with pictures. We have never had a bad experience with ASAP and Bob continued our faith in the company. We will continue to use them and refer them to our family and friends.

Dan Morales and his coworker showed up promptly on a Saturday, quickly figured out what was needed, and ordered a new heater right away. The installation wasn’t easy — it’s on the fourth floor in a tight closet — but they handled it professionally and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything afterward and made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. I really appreciate their hard work and would absolutely recommend ASAP Plumbing to anyone!
