  I moved into this community in April, and sadly, my experience has been very disappointing. Although this is a “non-smoking” property, people smoke everywhere — cigarettes and marijuana — on balconies, by the pool, and in the grill area. It’s hard to enjoy the amenities when it constantly smells like smoke. Maintenance is another big issue for me. Every time I submit a request, I never know if or when someone will come. I currently have two open requests: one has been pending for more than a week, the other for almost a week, and still no response or update. Yesterday, the office staff told me someone would come today — it’s now evening, and no one showed up. My dishwasher is still not working. When I spoke with the maintenance worker in person, he immediately responded negatively, saying he’s the only one handling many apartments. He said he would check my request, but several days passed and nothing happened. A few weeks ago, someone scratched my car in the parking lot. When I asked the office if they could check the cameras, one of the new employees first said he didn’t see any scratch, then admitted he did, but told me: “Imagine you parked at Walmart and someone scratched your car — same thing.” I find this comment completely inappropriate. This is a residential property where I pay for parking, not a public parking lot. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the environment and the management’s attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this community. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of one former leasing office employee who used to work here — she was always polite and always tried to help. Unfortunately, she no longer works here.

  I do not recommend this complex at all. In the 8 months that we have been living here, 2 management companies have changed, tenants' issues have been reluctantly resolved, and no one cares what happens to you, but the apartment payment notice arrives in the middle of the month. ("friendly reminder") It is terribly dirty everywhere, and it smells like cigarettes. The neighbors smoke on their balconies (even though it is "no smoking" in the building), and one of the electric car chargers is not working, while the other is constantly occupied.You'll be misled about the amount of water you use, and I still don't understand how they calculate it. We don't have a water meter, and they divide the total water bill for the building among all the apartments. We've never had a water bill of \$150, and that's not normal. We don't spend much time at home! Don't be fooled by the low price of the apartment, as you'll end up with twice as much trouble!

  Ever since new management took over the business has been terrible. The morals of this company has been terrible. They do not answer phone calls. They do not answer emails every time that you get one person another story changes when trying to explain.

  Unsafe, Mismanaged, and Deadly Shooting The recent email from management claiming that the shooting that happened last weekend here in Artsquare was “an isolated incident” is completely misleading. SOMEONE DIED on the premises, and this tragedy is not isolated—it’s the result of months of negligence and mismanagement. Broken security doors, neglected maintenance, and a total lack of oversight—have made this place extremely unsafe Us residents in the main building and our neighbors in the so-called Garden Units are not safe. The new administration has allowed conditions to spiral out of control, putting residents at serious risk in everyway. Residents do not feel safe here, and the property is being run into the ground. Do not move here if you value your safety, life, and peace of mind.

He intentado comunicarme en múltiples ocasiones, tanto por teléfono como por correo electrónico, sin obtener respuesta. Esto ha afectado directamente mi negocio, ya que he tenido varios clientes interesados en rentar, pero al no recibir la información necesaria ni respuesta oportuna, terminaron eligiendo otros lugares. Además, hay requisitos importantes que no están claramente detallados en el sitio web, lo que genera aún más confusión. Espero que mejoren su atención al cliente y la comunicación, ya que el desinterés actual perjudica tanto a posibles arrendatarios como a quienes intentamos colaborar con ellos.
