The first time, I had called a few days ahead of my son’s party and explained that I needed a cake last minute. The baker was extremely patient and kind. I provided them a photo of his invitation, and they matched it. Throughout the year, whenever we needed a sweet treat or a cake “just because” I’d stop by and grab something out of the freezer. I went in today and explained that I was there to pick out a cake that was already made for a second birthday. The person who greeted me was extremely kind and said that she would be able to write on it for no extra charge. I’ve never had such great customer service anywhere. The cakes are ALWAYS delicious, and the prices are beyond reasonable as well.
