  Broke a window and had to get the glass replaced. They had it done the very next day at a reasonable price!

  Last October, we purchased an "oval" custom dining room table top from this company. We were required to pay $1000 sight unseen for this custom work. I have an oval oak dining room table and that is the shape I expected for my kitchen table. Well, not so. The oval table came with pointed ends, long and narrow. This was impossible to use as a dining room table. I went on line and found a great, oval, tempered glass (1/8 inch thicker than the one from Art Glass) with also beautiful beveled edges. TOTAL COST $300! I returned to Art Glass and explained all this to Amy. I told her that what I received was not what I expected. I did not ask for a refund -I asked for a credit of some kind or help selling our piece for another use (perhaps a coffee table for some one). I asked if she could take it on consignment (absolutely not, was the answer) I offered to sell it back to Art Glass for only $300. Amy said she would speak to a couple of people and get back to me to see what they could do. I never heard from her again. This was last time I heard from her............last November.

  Was in a bind and needed. To buy material there,but was given a price that is three times the price u can get it anywhere else,be careful....
