I also noticed the water pressure in fluid valve was low and he blamed it on pipes, which was nonsense since pressure was not previously as bad. I am totally disappointed and encourage anyone not to select Arrow Sewer and Drain for any work.

Arrow came to the house within hours of being called and immediately conducted a video inspection of the sewer line at no cost to us. We were shown the video as the inspection was being conducted, and then the required process for repairing the sewer line was explained to us and a price estimate was provided. We chose to proceed with Arrow because of their prompt response time, knowledgeable and professional team, and reasonable price. There was time pressure to complete the repair due to the house sale. Arrow completed this substantial job in two days. On the second day, they worked 17 straight hours in order to complete the job properly and on time. Thank you so much Arrow for all your hard work to repair our sewer line, especially with the added complications connected with the house sale. We appreciate your professionalism, expertise, hard work, and commitment to get the job done properly and under time pressure. We highly recommend Arrow Sewer and Drain.
