  Arona was the place to go when I lost everything due to a divorce. I was attracted to Arona after visiting the "other " rent to own company. It was the reception I received upon entering the store for the first time. The sales associate was welcoming and friendly...not fake or pushy. The sales associate was polite and knowledgeable. Everything was completely explained to me, the information about the products I selected coupled with the outstanding and flexible payment options. I would highly recommend Arona to friends and family who need furniture and other household items... Delivery, setup, and any repairs needed are absolutely free of charge ... No hassles just excellence on every level ✨️

  I went in assuming most furniture stores were similar, but this one felt more like a payday loan office than a straightforward retailer. I purchased a couch, expecting some markup, but when I got home and price-checked, I realized just how overpriced it was. To make matters worse, I later noticed hidden damage. The salesperson had told me “all sales are final,” so I accept that part is on me for not catching it in time. Still, the pricing is unreasonable and the buying experience feels more like dealing with a used car lot than a furniture store. Next time, I’ll stick with a larger, more transparent retailer.
