We first RTO’d a mattress (still paying) and then in the middle of a dang heatwave our AC went out, definitely couldn’t afford that out of pocket. So we called Alexis, and she was more than happy to get us an air conditioner. My husband and I are happy, and once we get into a better sitaution financially, we plan on purchasing more.

Never again will I rent anything from this company! Just got off the phone with whoever John is and his customer service skills are horrible, I called in because I was going to be late on my payment do to the fact I had emergency surgery and had to pay out of pocket and asked him to set me up for this Friday, he said he had me down I said Thank you and he hung up right in my face. I don’t know what his issue is but I’m pretty sure his parents taught him better manners than that. First time renting from them and my last!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with aroma Lexus is always been very helpful she's helped me with many things she's just a I really enjoy her when I ask for something she always goes out of her way to see what she can do they always try to find what I'm looking for right now I'm looking for a gaming setup for my granddaughter together for me I just I really enjoyed there and I think Alexis for all her kindness it's a great store to shop thank you guys I have been a customer when Brandon was there that he was there and Alexis and Alexa has always like when I asked about the gaming setup she was right on at her and the other young lady that were there they've already got it getting together for me I just appreciate I'm so glad I've been a customer for 3 years but I'll be a customer for many more to come thank you for all your time Alexis that you have taken him to make me a happy customer cuz I am very happy and you're one terrific lady you're what makes that store
