  Customer Service is #1!!! Great option for heavy equipment needs! I have worked with Arnold and Lonny for many years in the material handling space. They are my go to for Hyster and Yale. I have had a ton of luck with parts being in stock. They seem to know what pieces of equipment are in the valley and stock accordingly. They really have two sides of the business from what I have gathered, material handling and heavy equipment. Within the past year, I have begun to deal much more with them on the Heavy Equipment side. Parts service has done a 180 on this end. Chris R. has done a really good job at opening lines of communication. I think Chris did so well throughout the valley that they had to grow the support staff. Chris and his team, Meagan and Garret, have become a great source in regards to Volvo and Hitachi machinery parts. From rock trucks, to excavators and loaders, Chris and his team are on it. Even an occasional order for a Terex Rock Truck or Hammer point has been a success from them. Chris really wants to succeed in getting us the parts we need. That is where the 5 stars come from for me. Again, it seems they are building their inventory based on the Hitachi or Volvo equipment in the valley. They have a website that allows you to see their inventory called e-portal. It has come in handy a number of times. If it isn't in stock they have great supply chain options out of UT, CO, and GA. This is very helpful as Hitachi parts out of JPN can be difficult. They have a very large inventory. Outside of that, they do a great job of responding promptly, whether it be a call, email or even a text. Chris has continued to be a great source of contact for us. Customer service is his priority and it shows.
