    They have a great location, wonderful areas but the lack on service. Awful customer service- they don’t care about their customers - don’t make private events or anything besides staying in.

    Be prepared to pay a lot of money for nothing. I stayed here and bought this yoghurt for 15(!!!!) dollars. Realized it after when I saw my creditcard transaction. Uncool. This place is not about the guest. It’s about the money.

    I really wanted to like this hotel, but the staff at the front desk (and I’m assuming the managers too) have given me the freaking runaround. I was owed a refund two months ago, and every time I call, I’m told they’re “in talks” with the booking site to process it. When I follow up with the booking company, they tell me Arlo Wynwood hasn’t signed off yet and they can’t get in touch with anyone—they’re getting jipped too. One woman did say she’d escalate it to her manager, so I’m waiting to see how that pans out. It’s a shame because nearly everyone has been nice, they’re just a shady bunch lol. There is one manager with an attitude problem. He tried to get smart with my friend and me, but we don’t play like that. That said, it’s a cute hotel with nice little perks that come with your stay. I’d definitely stay again if my refund didn’t take 40 days and 40 nights to process.

    Stayed here this past weekend and enjoyed it even more than the New York locations. Great walkability for food or a quick uber to Brickell. About a 25 minute uber to Hard Rock stadium. The front desk was so welcoming. The food and hotel bar are a bit pricey, brunch for 2 was $170 but would definitely stay again.

    I stayed in Arlo before my cruise in Miami and unfortunately we picked this hotel I am outraged at how we were treated. We paid for 3 days in full and resort fees upfront and we were delayed coming in by 20 hours and they charged us a no show fee on top of that even though we emailed the front desk and they said it was fine. We explained how stressed the situation was and they went out of way to charge us extra even though we paid for the room for that night. We arrived 20 hours later and were met at the front desk by a rude front desk. If you want to feel looked after do not stay here.
