Service Front Disk is Not Good ! They Don’t Want yo Welcome Visitor ! I Stop for Half an Hour But No One Ask Me to Welcome to the Front Disk They are Working as Their Mood ! They are Trying to Ignore Some Nationalities ! And When I Told Them I Want to Enter The Room as 3 PM He Asked to Check Passport Again to Check If I am or Not ! Then He Give Me A Non Work Card for The Room and When I Asked Why You are Doing This He Said I Don’t Know That is Not Working Card ! As He deliberately did this !

Stayed here for 7 nights and it was the most comfortable stay! We were greeted by Luna at check-in who offered us complimentary breakfast for 2 mornings at Lindens because of our duration of stay, as well as complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar and 20% off at the hotel bodega. This was so unexpected but we greatly appreciated these gestures after our 24+ hour travels from Australia. The location is perfect, easy to get anywhere in NY and away from the busyness in the centre of Soho. Rooms were clean and just to note, you need to request full room clean services but that is easily done through messaging the in house guest services. The shower has the best water pressure I've experienced in any hotel in the 10+ years I've been travelling back and forth to New York. The bodega is well stocked, pricey but you pay for the convenience. Alot of options from sandwiches, breakfast oats, fruit and a great amount of snacks. Only downside is that the coffee is not the best. Lindens, the restaurant attached was delicious, great service and every breakfast item we tried was amazing. No notes. All of the staff are super friendly and cool and definitely does not give the pretentious NY vibes that some other hotels in this area have. All in all, such a wonderful stay and this will now be my go-to hotel for every trip. Another shout out to Luna for really setting the tone for our stay here, you are amazing! ❤️

As soon as you walk into the Arlo Soho you will be greeted by staff who truly love what they do and emersed with how beautiful this hotel is. What really stuck with me this trip is the staff that helped me throughout my stay. I had the pleasure of meeting Musukula Kamara (Assistant front desk manager) who made me feel so welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond and I feel so grateful to have meet her on my first solo trip which she knew was a big deal for me. I look forward to staying here again!

Unfortunately, I had to check out immediately upon arrival due to a strong mold and musty smell in my room, and visible mold in the shower. The hotel was fully booked and did not offer to walk me to another property, leaving me—six months pregnant—to find alternate accommodations on my own at 11pm. The front desk staff were slow to respond and not helpful in resolving the issue. The following morning, the manager did respond promptly to my refund request, which I appreciated.

Stayed there for four nights and really loved my room, the hotel and the location. People are super nice and my room was so cool. I really recommend you staying there. So why only four stars? 1. The reception area is a mess because it is way too small. It was always full, there was always chaos with people and luggage and it felt more like a youth hostel than a design hotel. 2. On my last day the water fell out. No one got an info, there was no excuse, no trying to make it right to either me or other guests. I thought the situation was handled not very well.
