  This hotel is in a great location. The lobby is nice with places to hang out, and there’s a gym with a good amount of equipment and a separate stretching/TRX room. The rooms are quite small, I guess smaller than we expected even for NYC. We ended up needing to change rooms because the first one had the bed pushed up against the window which makes it louder for sleeping and makes it difficult to charge devices (there’s no nightstand on that side). Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep too well the four nights we were there due to the street noise (and we were on the 21st floor) and the AC unit was constantly blowing hard, even set at a slightly warmer temperature. Decent stay, but we likely won’t choose this hotel again.

  I'm from Texas and i just had my first opportunity to visit NY last week. I stayed at the Arlo Midtown on October 16th &17th. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly! My room was very clean. It's in great a location and very close to many amenities. It really capped off my free trip that I won to meet Gucci Mane in NY and take a photo with him!! If I am ever in NY again, Arlo Midtown will be my place to stay. Thank you for helping to make my trip extra special!

  객실 청소는 최소한만 함 어지러진 헤어 드라이어 전선도 절대 정리 하지 않고 그대로 있다 오로지 수건 배열과 침구 정리만 하는 느낌, 먼지 쌓인 거나 탁자에 있던 얼룩도 여전히 있다 체크인 할때 새벽이라 졸린건지 술을 마신 건지 직원의 발음이 어눌하고 알아듣기 힘들게 말해서 불편했다 체크인 할때 보증 개념으로 신용카드로 272불을 결제하고 체크아웃시 객실에 문제가 없으면 결제 취소가 된다고 설명해줬다 그러나, 체크아웃 이후 열흘이 넘도록 결제 취소가 되지 않아 호텔 측에 이메일로 문의했더니 답장이 없다 침대에도 베드버그가 있었어서 체크아웃 이후 호텔 이용 설문조사에 작성하였더니 베드버그 관련해서는 반나절 만에 방역업체 리포트까지 보내는 성의를 보였다 그러나 답장이 온 이후 보증요금 환불에 대한 문의 메일을 다시 보냈으나, 나흘째 답장이 없다 Medallia 에게 설문조사 이메일을 받았으며 Areis Evans 에게 불편사항을 이메일로 문의하였으나 답장이 없음 (아고다측에 문의했으나 호텔과 직접 얘기하라했고 아고다에서 예약시 지불한 비용외에는 청구되는것이 없는 것으로 알고 있어서 호텔측에 따로 문의한 건데 카드 결제에 대해서는 답장이 없으면 소비자 입장에서는 할 수 있는 방법이 없어요 리뷰 쓰는 지금 환율 기준 38만원 정도 손해보는데 리뷰를 보고 다른 소비자들은 같은 일을 안 당하시길 바래서 리뷰 남깁니다) 센트럴 파크 기준으로 이스트는 상대적으로 공기도 깨끗한 것에 비해 웨스트는 대마 냄새가 심각해서 두통 심할 정도에요 숙소 정하실 때 기관지가 약한 분들은 꼭 이스트 쪽으로 가세요 중심지와는 가까워서 접근성이 좋지만, 주변 환경은 쾌적하지 못합니다 대마 냄새가 심해서 여행 3-4일차부터 정신이 몽롱하고 졸렸어요 새로 생긴 호텔이라는 점 외에는 딱히 이점이 없는 것 같네요 한국인 분들은 다른 곳에 머무세요

  This hotel is a bit of a contradiction. Let me explain: When you walk into the lobby, you’re greeted by Arlo’s signature earthy scent — warm, welcoming, and distinctly their own. But just steps away, at the otherwise charming little bar, the smell shifts dramatically — more sewer than speakeasy. When some New York friends met us for coffee, we had to leave the premises entirely to enjoy it elsewhere. The common areas are minimal, making up in vertical design what they lack in floor space. The rooms are, as expected for Manhattan, small — but the layout makes the tightness feel even more pronounced. The sharp corner of the bedside table sits alarmingly close to the bed, at a height and angle that could use a warning label. Our in-room fridge couldn’t fit leftovers from a salad, and as it turned out, it wasn’t working anyway. Engineering came to check, couldn’t fix it, and replaced it with a tiny 2x2x2 unit that blocked half the bathroom door and precious hallway space. This was my first stay on Manhattan’s west side. The location suited our trip’s goals, but overall, I wouldn’t book the Arlo Midtown again.

  Ho soggiornato con solo pernottamento a luglio con la famiglia per visitare la città. Camera veramente piccola e polverosa, una sera al rientro non abbiamo nemmeno trovato il letto rifatto. Oltre a questo un pomeriggio ci hanno attribuito consumazioni al bar, quando invece eravamo fuori dall'hotel. Nonostante le prove che la firma non corrispondesse alla nostra, che la ricevuta fosse manomessa e che avessimo scontrini di altri negozi fuori da lì nella stessa fascia oraria, abbiamo dovuto lottare per ottenere il rimborso che già ci avevano addebitato sulla carta. Ci hanno proposto poi, per rimediare, uno sconto su un prossimo soggiorno, che mi è sembrata una presa in giro, visto che non torneremo praticamente più...
