  A beautiful, quiet, safe, well-run complex in Upper Arlington. I cannot say enough good things! And working with Jennifer was a dream-she will answer all your questions before you ask them and is entirely trustworthy-unlike so many other property management companies in Columbus. Highly recommend!

  Melissa, our property manager, is very responsive and helpful in many situations and really appears to care much about you and your success in Columbus. I just moved here and Melissa was a major plus on my transition to the city. I have only lived here for a month, but it's great! The Apartment is wonderful (the living room is huge). Maintenance is available 24 hours, and they are very respectful when they come in. The appliances are new and I love living here!

  Close to the river, with lots of nearby green space (in the summer :) to go on walks or play disk golf. The buildings themselves are old and sound insulation is a bit of a problem, however the management (i.e. Melissa) is great, and very responsive, which makes our stay quite comfortable.

  My husband and I recently moved into the apartments at Arlington Pointe and we love it! The apartment was newly renovated when we moved in, including the kitchen with all new appliances. The location of Arlington Pointe is great with easy access to the Scioto river and a frisbee golf course. I also love the pool area which is clean and never busy. We put in a work order for a loose tile in the shower and had someone out to fix it in two days, which is much faster than I was expecting. It is clear that management cares about the people who live here - Melissa knows me by name and always says hi when she sees me. I have been highly satisfied with Arlington Pointe and have already been recommending it to friends!
