- JYJennifer YoungSep 3, 20251.0The staff here may sound friendly at first, but that changed quickly when my pet suddenly passed after surgery. Instead of compassion or accountability, I was blamed and spoken down to as a pet parent. Over the phone, I felt dismissed and disrespected, as if my concerns didn’t matter. Losing a pet is devastating on its own, but being treated with blame and zero responsibility made the experience even more painful. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who expects honesty, empathy, and accountability in their pet’s care.

She tried so hard to save her, but we knew it was time. They were so nice and sympathetic during the whole process. I will most certainly be bringing my other 2 dogs to see her. I found her on the side of the road by the hospital before they were even open. We were all very worried she might not even survive but thanks to the wonderful care she received she is able to come home. Everyone was so kind, I feel like myself and Peaches were truly blessed to be so near a team of wonderful caregivers when we needed them most.
